White Shaker Kitchen
White shaker kitchens are certainly in. While they are very common with today’s design trends, taking some time to really nail the design and implement a few personal touches can still give you a great uniques space.
Ship Lap Ceiling
The guys wrapped up this ship lap ceiling this morning. Looking very sharp!
Hingham Bathroom
This bathroom came out great! Complete with nu-heat heated floor system. We haven’t heard anything but great feedback from dozens of customers on their experiences with this heated floor system. Nothing better then waking up in the winter, while still dark, and stepping onto warm porcelain tile before getting ready for the day.
Custom Closet Wet Bar-
Design Ideas
I will soon begin to link content daily here, that will eventually be formatted for social media platforms as well. To start figuring best way to create/share content am going to start sharing quick photos of things I think people may enjoy! One of my favorite projects was this wet bar for a customer in Reading. All pieces were made and painted off site with HVPL spray gun then installed. With custom projects like this we always like to spray with Benjamin Moore Advanced with HVLP gun, as it gives you that perfectly uniform factory finish. You may not know at first glance why it looks better, but you will know for certain something just looks perfectly beautiful about it.
White Shaker Wet Bar
Simple way to extend your kitchen for entertaining and add a lot of extra storage! This is where the old kitchen used to be, and now the kitchen is moved to the old dining room area after we opened it up with a flush framed beam.
Ship Lap Fireplace with Oak Mantel-
Design Ideas
This one was a lot of fun. Sprayed all of the ship lap with Benjamin Moore Advanced in White Dove for that milky smooth finish. The crisp paint job in contrast to the oak mantel ( 300 year old Oak) really makes everything pop!
Weymouth Kitchen-
Design Ideas
Remodeled this kitchen for great friends! Removed that dining/kitchen wall that everyone always wants to lose in their cape. Took the time to really nail down the design and utilize the space as best as possible using varying depth cabs, pantries etc! Check out some before and afters on our social media!
Bold Front Porch-
Design Ideas
This customer wanted to have a front porch that made a statement. We designed and built all of the posts and caps for a bold custom look. Paired with the black Fiberon Railings and Azek decking it really looks great! You can see some of the process of how we built some of the pieces in our tips and tricks archives page.

This is a photo I took after a tour of Holt and Bugbee wood mill in Tewksbury. Very cool place and extremely impressive operation. This photo was used as a background for my “resources” page, and just like to show where all of our photos and content come from. We don’t use any stock images on this site. Everything is original content and original photos we have taken personally!

After a little more then a month of getting the Priority Construction shop up and running, my social media hiatus has come to an end. Look forward to sharing some amazing projects we have on deck and sharing a lot of information about how we create all of our custom builds! Let the real work begin!
1750’s Oak Timbers-

We salvaged all of this oak from a 1750 colonial in Cumberland Rhode Island. With the original mantel we figured it would be an awesome feature in our shop.
Niche Lighting-
Design Ideas
A couple of lights in your shower niche will set your bathroom aside from the rest. We built the niche wall out of 2 x 8’s to accommodate for a deep soap/shampoo shelf and wow factor lighting.
Kreg Cabinet Door Hinge Jig-
Tool/ Product Review
If you have a couple of cabinet doors to drill holes for, this jig works just fine. It requires a few minutes of layout for each hole, unlike some of the more expensive cabinet hardware jigs, which take any measurement needed out of the equation. Long story short- a door or two great product that gets the job done, but if your looking to make an entire kitchens cabinet doors, you may be better off with a more advanced jig that you can set up once and then forget about it and simply hold up to each door and drill.

Custom Built in Closet Project-
Design Ideas
This useful design really transformed the second floor of this beautiful cape. Check back for once we get the finishing touches pulled together on this one. We built all of the built in cabinets in our shop and installed to be incorporated into the new closet we framed with a double bypass barn door.
